Our website is designed to make ordering straightforward. Just browse through the sections to find the trophy of your choice.

Type your engraving details into the 'Please enter your engraving details' box.

Click the 'add' button to add the item to your shopping basket. To review the items you have selected or to enter quantities click the 'basket' button. You can also delete items this way.

After you have finished your selection click on the 'checkout' link. Here you will enter your payment details and delivery address on a secure payment page.

SHIIPPING & HANDLING

Delivery is £10.00 per order regardless of how many items you order.

Orders over £500 are delivered free.

All our orders are delivered by Parcelforce. You will be sent an E-Mail with a tracking number when your order is despatched. Please note that a signiture is required on delivery of orders. If you are not in a card will be left for your to contact the local depot to rearrange delivery. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE £10.00 DELIVERY CHARGE APPLYS TO MAINLAND UK ONLY. If you need delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Orkney, Shetland and the Scottish Highlands please contact us. We do not deliver to any other countries.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Normally your goods will arrive within 7 working days from your order date.

IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK

If your item is out of stock we will contact you. You can either wait until the item is in stock or select an alternative or cancel your order.

VAT

Vat is included in our prices.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We have taken every precaution to ensure that all transactions are secure. However you can pay by cheque to BACS if you prefer.

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to ensure your order is correct. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNLESS WE SAY SO. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORISATION

If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately for us to effectively deal with it. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we wil not be liable.

PAYMENT

In most cases goods will not be despatched until payment is received. We accept credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques and BACS transfer. Please make cheques payable to JS Trophies LTD
