The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are happy with them

Our contract

You will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until you click the Continue to Payment button.

After you submit your order we will send the details to you in the form of an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note acceptance of your order will only be given on receipt of your payment. We will let you know if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. We accept payment by card, cheque or bank transfer.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. An Item in stock means that as far as we are aware we are able to source the item from our suppliers. If the item is out of stock with our suppliers we will offer a sub of the same value or more. We will contact you to let you know what we can offer.

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all the information on this site is accurate, however occasionally an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

Prices and Delivery costs

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They delivery charge of  will be added at the checkout.

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the delivery cost. All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your order.

Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure your order is correct. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNLESS WE SAY SO. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORISATION.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately for us to effectively deal with it. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we wil not be liable.

If the parcel arrives late due to circumstances beyond our control e.g weather conditions our couriers terms and conditions apply.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours otherwise we will not be liable.
